  • If you would like to start your trial, just jump in and follow the links to the apps that we use, or contact Coach Steve for a chat about your options. There are no obligations after your trial ends and there are no fixed contracts.

    The only cost is $20 for 10 days of unlimited sessions. Scroll to the bottom of our Membership page and sign up. Click here to start.

  • We need to get you registered for Mindbody App to choose your membership and to sign into the sessions.

    There are no hidden costs with our membership options. All coach contact, pool entry and clubroom entry is free of charge.

    *The only additional cost is $5 for entry to the MSAC track for track running sessions

  • Once you have set up the TrainingPeaks App Coach Steve will add your first week in and you can start building your schedule going forward.

    You can then set up your watch to pair with TrainingPeaks so Coach Steve can see all of your workouts and track your progress.

    This will allow your programs to be set and your training monitored as it is completed. It will also allow Coach Steve to give you feedback and plan your training around your work/life requirements.

SIGNING UP TO MSAC TRACK SESSIONS

All training and gym sessions are included with an SKTC membership, but the MSAC running track session is not a venue that the club can hire, so this one session will need to be booked and paid for by each individual who attends.

Create a free MSAC membership: FREE MEMBERSHIP

Book the "casual track and field session" on Thursday nights for $5. If you are on a Coach + Squad + Gym SKTC Membership or if you sign up for a casual session, then this cost will be refunded to you. For all other memberships, it will be user pays. BOOK SESSION

Sign into the session via Mindbody. Please make sure that you do this so we know who is going to be at the session and so that we can refund you if the above refund policy applies. SIGN IN

The sessions will start at 6:15pm, and the meeting point is at the main gates on the city side of the track. There is free parking on Ferrars Place from 6pm. MEETING POINT

Don’t forget to bring a drink bottle and any post-session nutrition. To get your recovery started faster so you are ready for your next session, you can drink Davey Black Sports Performance recovery protein, available from the clubrooms or SHOP ONLINE
