Thursday 23rd Jan - Tan run 7am or MSAC Track session 6:15pm with strength, core and pilates throughout the day at the gym.
Friday 24th Jan - OWS + transition tour at Sandringham 2XU race venue + S&C at 12:30pm at the gym.
Saturday 25th Jan - Long run from the gym at 9am, S&C at 12pm.
Sunday 26th Jan - Long ride from Mordialloc to Safety Beach (with early turning points for 20, 40, 60km options) & return + Open water recovery swim + S&C at 11:30am at the gym.
Monday 27th Jan - OWS 7am; Mentone to Seagull Rock (1.5km) or Parkdale Yacht Club (3km) + S&C, Pilates & Yoga in the afternoon and evening at the gym.
