Join SKTC at the Melbourne Podiatry Clinic athlete screening evening. After your testing protocol, you will receive a personalised readout to help you identify weaknesses and injury prevention strategies. You can also use the data as a baseline, then retest in 3 months to check out your strength gains.

1. Muscle Strength Testing

You will be assessed to measure the strength of key muscle groups helping to identifying weaknesses and imbalances that may be affecting your performance or increasing your risk of injury.

2. Balance Assessment

We will evaluate your balance and stability using the VALD force plate technology. This will detect any weaknesses that could impact athletic performance or training overload issues.

3. Functional Movement Analysis

Your movement patterns will be analysed during functional tasks, such as squatting and jumping to identify biomechanical imbalances and areas for improvement.

4. Injury Risk Assessment

You will have your injury risk determined based on strength, balance, and movement assessments. You will then receive personalised recommendations for strengthening, flexibility and injury prevention.
